Just over a year ago, I was depressed with myself. I had
become extremely heavy, found it difficult to perform basic tasks, and was
often out of breath after just moving around a little. I decided I need to do
something about it.
I began doing a few things to get into shape. I began to
lift weights again, I learned about RIP:60 and performed 4 separate rounds in
one year. Through my efforts, and the encouragement of my wife, I was able to
lose 70 lbs in just one year!
2013 is now fully upon us. A new year, a new time to
progress and become better. I have created this blog for 2 reasons.
1.
I was asked to share from a few friends my
personal experiences, what type of workouts I do, what type of supplements I am
using, and what has worked for me.
2.
I hope that this blog will help motivate others
to get out there and do their best and make a change for themselves. The path
is never easy, and it is difficult to take those first steps. But everyone can
do it!
So with that, I end my first blog! Short and Sweet, but hey
I am learning and you are getting the point of why I am doing this. I hope I
will be able to inspire people, as I have been inspired by many others myself.
